Our client is one of the biggest names in water, energy, & waste management. Due to their increase in business & new customers, they are looking for 4x Administration Officers to join their customer service team in Kilburn. As the Administration Officer, you'll be responsible for assisting the team of Customer Service Representatives in performing any necessary administrative tasks. Duties:Performing general administrative duties as required by the Customer Service team
Raising and recepting purchase orders and invoices
Handling internal and external customer issues
Ensuring scheduled maintenance for all fleet & equiptment is booked, undertaken and appropriate documentation is completed
Stock control Skills & Qualifications:Demonstrated experience within an administration role, minimum 1 year
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail, particuarly with numbers and data
Benefits:A competitive hourly rate at $38 p/h superannuation
