ARG Workforce has partnered with a Multi-National waste management & recycling Company to engage an experienced Administration Assistant for the following ongoing assignment located in the Banyo Area.
This role is ongoing casual with a minimum of 38 hours per week and a view for permanent conversion.
The duties of this role include:
- Assisting with customer and subcontractor invoice reconciliations
- Raise purchase requisitions, goods receipt purchase orders
- Provide support to the Operations teams
- Undertake other general office administration duties as directed by the Supervisor/Manager
- Liaise with and provide advice to internal and external customers on options to meet their needs
- Provide friendly, professional, efficient and accurate assistance with all customer queries in accordance with expectations and policy and procedure
- Investigate customer invoice queries.
- Send invoices and statements to customers with corresponding documentation
- Prior experience in an Administration position
- Drivers licence & reliable transport
- Able to pass an instant pre-employment drug & alcohol screening
- Proficiency with Microsoft office (Mostly Excel) as well as SAP
