We are looking for an Administration Officer to provide front reception & general administration support to our office and support our NDIS Teams in Albury, NSW.
The position is ongoing, and will work Full Time, 75 hours per fortnight.
What will I do?
- Undertake day-to-day reception, general office and administrative duties
- Deliver great customer service and maintain positive working relationships
- Provide intake, data and administrative support for our friendly clinicians
- Take on delegated tasks and assignments under the direction of managers.
What do I need?
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated experience in providing efficient administrative support
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and accurate data entry skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Current unrestricted drivers licence and a willingness to travel short distances
- Experience working in an NDIS, Health or community administration role is desirable.
