Salary - $79,032 pa - $86,539 pa plus employer superannuation contribution
Your role
We have an awesome opportunity in the Sydney, South Eastern Sydney and Northern Sydney District of the Department of Communities and Justice for a highly motivated Administration Officer with appropriate knowledge and skills to join our close knit and supportive team.
What you'll do
You'll work as part of the Commissioning and Planning unit providing direct administrative assistance to the unit including office management, maintaining records and documentation, organising meetings and events, and managing fleet cars. You will work closely with all teams within the Commissioning and Planning unit, including providing the Director with diary and other support when her EA is on leave.
We offer the opportunity for a hybrid working schedule (between office and home) depending on business needs, as well as various opportunities for professional development.
What we're looking for
We are seeking an energetic, motivated Administration officer with a collaborative approach, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for improving systems and processes in support of Unit work. You will have:
- Proven ability to support a team, with demonstrated experience in initiating and implementing changes to improve service delivery and outcomes
- Ability to work autonomously, supported by the team
- IT skills, including experience with MS Office applications and TRIM.
