SalaryThe Redland Bay Golf Club has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Part-time or Casual Administration Officer.
About the Club
Our 18 golf course is situated on the foreshores of Moreton Bay and only 45 minutes from the Brisbane CBD. Redland Bay Golf Club offers a modern air conditioned clubhouse featuring a function room, outdoor events spaces, café and bistro dining seven days per week.
Due to the retirement of a longstanding employee we are seeking an Administration Officer to work between 15-20 hours per week. Should the succesful applicant seek a full time position at the Club a flexible position incorporating work in our Food and Beverage area can be created subject to appropriate experience.
We are seeking someone who is:
- Proficient with processing of payroll, data entry for accounts payable, bank reconciliations and other day to day adminstration tasks.
- Experience with Micropower/MSL Software, Myob, Microsoft Office, TANDA, Odyssey Gaming and Swiftpos would be an advantage but not essential as in-house training will be provided
- Great at coordinating the flow of the information both internally and externally
- Efficient and accurate with electronic and hardcopy file management
- Very well organised with exceptional work ethic and you must be a hospitality person.
It is envisaged that the Adminsitration Officer role will work a two - three day roster (Tues-Thurs).
