ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
We are on the hunt for a new team member to join our small but busy crew based at Rocklea. Due to continued demand and increased workload, we are seeking an experienced Administration guru.
This is a full time role, with an immediate start. There is the potential to move within the company in the future as we continue to grow.
About the role
Data Entry Heavy.
As the Administration Officer, you will be responsible for the following (but not limited to):
- Keeping multiple registers current, with daily data input across multiple spreadsheets and programs
- Uploading Service and Field Dockets daily into multiple platforms.
- Invoicing (Accounts receivable) on a daily basis.
- Liaising with external clients often via phone and email
- Booking transport of machinery for clients
- Attending weekly meetings with both the operations team and the workshop team
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Enjoying what you do.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- The ability to multi-task and think on your feet
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Word and Outlook
- Experience with Excel - particularly with formulas and creating spreadsheets
- Experience with Xero - invoicing and pulling reports.
- Experience with Monday.com
- Experience with safety documentation - SWMS - Risk assessments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time critical tasks when required
- Attention to detail is highly critical.
- Be highly dependable and reliable
- Be proactive and forward thinking
- A go-getter with some experience in a fast paced environment
- Industry knowledge (trucks, machinery, earthmoving etc)
- The ability to liaise with all levels of personalities.
- A can do attitude.
