We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Administration Officer in a job share position. This role will require you to work closely with the existing team to support the smooth running of the office.
Hours: 15-20 hours per week (Possibility of additional hours based on performance and workload)
(Flexible working hours including School Hours available)
We are a boutique accounting practice based in Albany WA with a strong focus on client relationships and exceptional customer service.
The person we are seeking to add to our young team must have a vibrant and enthusiastic personality, good leadership qualities and great communication skills. They must be reliable and have a strong work ethic. Previous experience in an administrative role is desired.
The Administration Officer is responsible for, but not limited to:
General reception and administration duties, practice management, supporting five accountants and liaising with clients.
