Classic Pools is an industry leader in the supply and installation of swimming pools. We have display canters in Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide and have been operating for over 40 years.
Qualifications & experience
- Construction Industry background is beneficial but not essential
- Can do attitude to get the job done
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work as a team as well as independently
Tasks & responsibilities
- Preparing documentation for council approvals and installations
- Liaising with contractor and clients
- Preparation and collection of progress payments
- Able to meet deadlines
- Great customer service skills
- General administrative duties including data entry, document preparation, organizing project files and costing reports.
We're looking for someone with the following attributes:
- Helps provide a great customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service focused with a friendly phone manner.
- An attention to detail paired with effective time management.
- Outgoing and vibrant personality.
- Confidence in using different types of software platforms and systems, in particular MS Excel, Outlook & Xero
- Pool industry preferrable but not essential
- 3 to 4 days per week
