About the Role:
Thompson Health care is seeking an Administration Officer to join our team at Macleay Valley Village and is owned by Thompson Health Care who run a group of residential aged care homes dedicated to the provision of excellent residential aged care throughout NSW.
The position will be working out of Macleay Valley Village, which is a purpose built, seniors independent Retirement living community. The Proprietor, Management and Staff take pride in providing a caring environment in pleasant, well-appointed surroundings, encouraging residents to remain independent yet offering a helping hand or friendly face.
Macleay Valley Village: 100 Macleay Street, Frederickton NSW 2440
We provide staff with a safe and supportive environment. Our staff are well-trained in our systems to ensure the highest level of care for our residents. Our reward and recognition program which is well received.
- Administration Assistant is dedicated to support the management team and perform clerical duties
- Manage workflow and serve as the main point of contact at Macleay Valley Village.
To be successful, we are looking for a positive, dedicated individual to join our team based on respect, shared standards, strong values, and commitment to serving others.
- Relevant qualifications in administration (desired)
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience in customer-facing environment (such as Hospitality, Tourism, Functions, Real estate)
- Handles confidential information with discretion and puts customer service at the forefront of their work.
