About the Camp
Anglesea Discovery Camp is a coastal adventure camp, managed by YMCA Camps. Catering to schools and groups year-round, the team at Anglesea run a variety of programs and activities to suit every group, from beach swimming, canoeing and skateboarding by day, to campfires and stargazing by night. Featuring flexible accommodation options for clients, a vast array of outdoor activities, and nearby access to rivers and beaches, Anglesea Discovery Camp provides the rare opportunity to explore the sand, sea, surf, bush and river environments all in one place.
About the Role
As an Administration Officer, you will undertake duties required to ensure all camp administrative functions are carried out effectively and efficiently. You will be responsible for:
- General administrative duties including responding to enquiries, making bookings and referrals
- Processing of accounts, invoices, bookings and timesheets
- Front office duties including reception and reservations
- Responding to customer needs and concerns to ensure the highest quality customer service is maintained
- Upholding the values of the YMCA at all times
- Other administrative tasks as necessary
This is a part-time role with an hourly rate of $25.10 + Super.
About You
You are a skilled administrative professional with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, which will allow you to build strong and positive relationships with a number of stakeholders.
You will ideally have previous experience in administration of office systems (including the processing of accounts) and the Office suite. You will be well-organised, committed to excellent customer service and comfortable working with the children and young people who attend the camp.
