What you'll be doing
This position is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of Elective Surgery Waiting Lists and Elective admissions within the Admissions and Bookings Office, providing professional, high quality customer support for patients and staff.

Selection Criteria:
- Proven relevant experience in admissions and bookings processes
- Experience with computerised patient administration systems
- Sound knowledge of NSW Health Waiting Time and Elective Surgery Policy
- Experience in a customer service role demonstrating effective interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work productively within a team, and to work autonomously when required
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills to manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated understanding of Medical Terminology
