AddressCancer Pharmacy Services are looking for a Pharmacy Administration Officer to join their team. The Cancer Pharmacy Services and Pharmacy Department offer services within the Princess Alexandra Hospital and Satellite Hospitals.

About the Role
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Provide excellent customer service, and communicate clearly and confidently with patients, members of the public and departmental staff over the phone, via email and in person and assist staff and clients in the work unit as requested.
- Proficiently complete functions associated with patient appointment activities, including the arrival of patients, booking appointments, management of cancellation/rescheduling of clinics, management of clinic waiting lists and coordinating appointments with other services.
- Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
