About the position
The Administration Officer provides effective and efficient administrative and customer service support to the Health and Regulatory Services Branch, maintaining information through the accurate and continual collection, analysis of input and retrieval of data.
The successful applicant will possess:
- Effective administration skills with an emphasis on high attention to detail.
- Sound time management skills and the ability to complete tasks and meet deadlines independently.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Excellent communication, customer service skills and a good phone manner.
- Well-developed communication skills and the ability to converse effectively with a wide range of personnel.
- A can-do approach to all aspects of their role.

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and expertise to our team:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with an excellent phone manner.
- Accurate and efficient time management skills.
- A high skill level using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to exercise initiative, judgement, and contribute knowledge and skill.
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively as a team member and foster good relationships with other team members.
