Tell me more...The Administration Officer is an integral role of the Torres Cape Hospital and Health Service (TCHHS) helping achieve culturally appropriate and optimal health outcomes for patients/carers/families and staff by assisting in the coordination of care, data and revenue systems management as well as providing administrative support to clinical staff providing Allied Health Telehealth and Outreach/Outpatient Services, for the Allied Health teams across the Cooktown Cluster.
Temporary Full Time position available for immediate start up to 30 June 2024 (with possibility extension)
To be successful in this role you will have:
Demonstrated experience of database, spreadsheet, word processing and other eHealth related programs.
Demonstrated experience in communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in a cross-cultural
Ability to maintain confidentiality, work autonomously, use discretion in the absence of decision makers, and the ability to initiate and finalise action on specific matters within work deadlines and within Queensland Health Policy and Procedure.
