Job Description
- Full-time ongoing position
- Work from our Bankstown office + Hybrid working conditions
- Nine day fortnight work options (Example: Week 1 - 9:00am – 5.06pm for 5 days and Week 2 - 8:am – 6pm for 4 days)
Join our dynamic team as an empathetic and reliable Administration Officer! You'll play a pivotal role in our ECA Team, contributing to a customer-centered, professional, and friendly working environment.

Who you’ll be working with:
Reporting to the Regional Lead, you will provide high quality administrative support to the Early Childhood Approach team, which is made up of committed allied health professionals, teachers, social workers, educators, and administrative/reception staff.
What you'll be doing:
- Support daily operations, inquiries, and scheduling meetings.
- Handle WH&S tasks, data collection, reporting, and bookings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries with empathy and respect.
- Maintain up-to-date spreadsheets, data, files, and documents.
- Contribute to a supportive workplace that prioritizes teamwork and quality client services.

Qualifications
It's vital you have:
- Extensive experience in administration, with a particular proficiency in Excel
- Demonstrated experience working efficiently in a similar, complex and fast paced environment.
- Proven track record in developing, implementing and maintaining operational workflow processes.
- Experience in processing invoices and credit card reconciliation.
- Exceptional computer skills with experience and the ability to gather data and prepare detailed reports.
Highly regarded experience and qualifications
- Early Childhood, NDIS or disability experience.
- Qualifications in office/business administration or related field.
