You will undertake work across a broad range of corporate service activities including reception and student services as necessary In addition to the duties in the role description.Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited, to the following;
- Oversee HR operations including SBS profiling, manual credits and usages, MyHr, Graduated return to work claims, WHS issues, staff replacement/TRS/TRACER Bookings (teaching and non-teaching)
- Manage temp Contracts/Roster Variations/Resumption of Duties and casual claims processing and Staff onboarding induction welcome
- OneSchool/Agresso duties as necessary and provide ad-hoc administrative duties incl reception, sign in registers and compliance with visitor procedures to support the front office team
- Undertake routine activities including client services, student services (telephone and counter enquiries), attending to first aid, arranging correspondence and general administration, maintaining school records, and processing high volume of emails to support the front office team.
- Develop, monitor and track Blue Card processes
- Front Office and Human Resource experience in a school environment
- The ability to think logically and problem solve
- Proven ability to multitask and work well under pressure and to manage shifting priorities and interruptions in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong organisational, time management skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy
