Day to day
This role focuses heavily on HR support, with general admin duties underlying it - so being a good communicator and a go getter is essential. On a day to day basis you will assist bringing on all of Umbo's new therapists, through organising interviews through to managing induction. This role will also assist tracking and managing partnerships, and ensure the efficient completion of NDIS contracts for our clients. You will also perform general admin duties including answering the phone, managing live chat, responding to general inquiries and provide general administration support to our team.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 12 months experience in an administrative or customer service role (preference for a role in a health setting)
- Exceptional customer service skills with high quality and efficient interpersonal, written and telephone communication skills
- Experience in managing HR or recruitment administrative processes
- Experience using the basic features of Zoom and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Calendar, etc)
- Ability to learn basic administration for more complex systems (Salesforce, Zapier) with training
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with ability to prioritise and complete work within established deadlines and with minimal supervision
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Create and manage prospective therapist interview bookings and support the reference check process
- Undertake the onboarding process for incoming therapists including managing compliance, reviewing documentation and enrolling therapist to our Learning Management System
- Undertake induction activities to ensure the therapist feels part of the team
- Monitor and review potential and current partnerships
- Manage the completion and signing of Service Level Agreements and Support Plans for NDIS clients
- Answer the main phone line and redirect as appropriate
