Your role
We are looking for a dedicated Principal Psychologist to provide clinical leadership for clinical quality to our psychologists, psychiatrists, and general practitioners. The Principal Psychologist will be responsible for ensuring clinical standards are maintained by promoting the delivery of high-quality client-centred care, implementing best practices and guidelines, providing opportunities for professional development, and peer supervision and support. In addition to administrative and leadership duties, some clinical work will also be undertaken.

About you
We’re looking for a Clinical Psychologist with demonstrated experience in:
- Leadership
- Application of evidence-based practices
- Working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Prior experience supervising other Psychologists
- Great communication and relationship building
- Strategic thinking
- Continuous improvement initiative
- Problem solving
To be eligible, we require you to have:
- AHPRA registration as a Clinical Psychologist
- Registration as a Board approved supervisor
- Medicare Provider Number
