- Experience of responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment.
- High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures.
- Ability to use computer hardware, software applications and electronic systems at a basic level in accordance with policy and procedure.
