We currently have two part time position's available with hours and days as follows;
- Position 1 (19 hours per week): Monday 9am - 4pm, Tuesday 9.30am - 4pm, Wednesday 9am - 4pm
- Position 2 (19 hours per week): Monday 9am - 4pm, Tuesday 9.30am - 4pm, Thursday 9am - 4pm
The Oral Health Call Centre Operator will be responsible for the provision of administrative activities of Oral Health Call Centre to the clients and clinical staff in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed an up-to-date course of a COVID-19 vaccine (2 doses) which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.
Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Please provide proof of vaccination if available.

Selection Criteria * Demonstrated administrative experience preferable in a hospital/health care setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and with flexibility in a high demand area.
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office, data entry and experience with using a patient administration system and/or clinical information system or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to foster and maintain an efficient communication framework with clients, clinicians and other team members.
- Demonstrated superior oral and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to problem solve, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current NSW Drivers licence Class C and ability and willingness to travel for work purposes. This may involve driving relatively long distances within the Local Health District.
