About The Opportunity
Campbelltown Hospital JMO Unit are recruiting for an Administration Officer to complement and enhance our current team.
This role is primarily responsible for covering our JMO Unit reception being the first point of contact for our Junior doctors, provides support to the JMO Manager and DPET and conducts a wide range of administrative duties for the JMO Unit.

Responsible for providing a high level efficient administrative support to the Medical Administration Department including administrative functions for Junior Medical Workforce.

  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and initiate action.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within and across diverse work teams to support effective coordination of work, with the ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work taking into account the impact on others to achieve results to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated applied ability to use a wide range of computer hardware, software and electronic systems to complete work activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret client/customer needs and is sensitive to the differences in the needs of individuals.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the NSW Hospital Medical Workforce Structure.
  • Must possess a valid Australian Drivers Licence (excluding learner driver's licences). If not already in possession, a NSW Drivers Licence must be obtained within 3 months of appointment.
