About the Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, but you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our team of plumbing professionals.
- Act as the backbone of our office operations, maintaining organized filing systems, managing correspondence via phone and email, and overseeing office supplies.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming office atmosphere by greeting visitors and responding to inquiries with a friendly demeanour.
- Assist with accounts management tasks, including data entry, following up on accounts, and uploading expenses.
- Conducting weekly payroll including creating timesheets, inputting correct leave requests, and tracking employee absences.
- Completing HR responsibilities including, onboarding for new employees, and all of the apprentice sign on documentations.
- Assist with project document management for large scale commercial projects, including OHS compliance documentation and Government authority documentation.
About You
You have:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Experience with, or willingness to learn, Xero.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work autonomously.
