Job description

Workplace Emergency Management is a company that offers a quality service to our clients assisting them with their required emergency management compliance and creating safe workplaces. We supply a full package covering Evacuation Diagrams, Emergency Procedures, Training and Consultancy. We are currently expanding our team of dedicated, enthusiastic, and motivated staff and have a new full-time position for an Administrate Services Officer

The Role

  • Front of house reception duties – answering incoming calls,
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Duties including some data entry
  • Provide administrative support
  • Scheduling Clients Bookings & Manage Calendar entries
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner and ensure communications are proactive and well organised
  • Assist with projects across various departments as required
  • Other ad hoc duties and projects as required commensurate with your position and abilities

Your Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years experience supporting in an office environment or management
  • A strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Positive energy and enthusiasm with a genuine desire to help make things easier for others
  • Empathetic and emotionally intelligent
  • Attention to detail and understanding of a meeting company standards
  • Decisive, confident and credible
  • Track record of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
  • Resilient and adaptable - able to adjust quickly to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Diligent data management
