About theRole
CareSouth is looking for an Administration Officer to supportour Wagga WaggaPermanency Support Team in a full-time permanentcapacity, based in our Wagga Wagga office.
This position will be pivotal in providing timely and efficientadministrative program support to Caseworkers. We are looking foran individual who can be a ‘jack of all trades’,someone who is a team player and always looks for ways how they canhelp the team and use their initiative.
The successful applicants will have strong organisation skills,be able to juggle a large volume of administrative tasks with easeand be able to prioritise their work.
A day inthe life of an Administration Officer - Permanacy SupportProgram!
As an Adminstration Officer you will be a part of a team whichworks dynamically across the child protection spectrum. A typicalday could include:
- Assisting with administration tasks associated with the Caseworker role; uploading documentation into client management databases, responding to emails and phone calls, taking meeting minutes and sending out meeting invites.
- Utilisation of advanced computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, email and web based applications for the analysis of data and recording of data into spreadsheets for completion of audit processes.
- Maintain filing and archive systems
- Management of petty cash, payment requisitions and invoices.
- Liaison with Team Leader around compliance and performance.
- Coordinate bookings of accommodation., rooms, cars as requested.
- General maintenance and upkeep of office supplies and equipment.
