About the Company
Due to increase in work volumes, our client has multiple Transport Administration Officer positions available to join their expanding team based in Marsden Park. This is a fast-paced environment where two days aren’t the same.
About the role
- Planning and monitor fleet movements
- Allocation of freight for transportation
- Booking driver runs
- Manage driver hours
- Coordinate and communicate with Drivers to they understand all allocated tasks
- Maintain fleet management reporting
- Support of day-to-day operations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with warehouses and clients to maintain effective customer relationships
About you
- 1 years’ experience within a fast-paced, Transport Administration position, ideally in a Warehousing and distribution or transport environment
- Experience with transport allocation systems or similar and Excel skills
- You will be committed, results-driven, approachable and above all, hold the customer’s queries in the highest regard; ensuring the quality of service
- You must also have reliable transport and current drivers licence
- Willingness to learn with display resilience with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be flexible to work 7am-3pm Monday to Friday
