The Opportunity
This position provides administration and business support to ensure efficient and timely provision of service thereby enabling financial and quality objectives of the service to be met.
Employment Status
- Fixed Term Temporary part-time, commencing ASAP up to 29/01/2023, with a possibility of an extension - not exceeding 6 months (40 hr/pf).
- Whilst not mandatory, it would be highly desirable if the applicant had previous administration experience.
- It is a mandatory requirement to be and to remain vaccinated against COVID-19.
- Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills and the ability to work autonomously in a self-directed manner.
- Sound written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Proven ability in the utilisation of Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of hospital based systems such as HBCIS and FAMMIS.
- Knowledge or the ability to acquire knowledge of financial concepts just as journals, receipting of invoices and stock ordering and management.

- Salary range of $34.66 to $38.74 p.h. (AO3).
