What's involved – The Administration officer for Commonwealth Home Support Program is someone who can perform all associated roles to the best of your ability. Provide telephone and face -to-face client support and liaison in a professional manner. Complete client appointments internally and externally. Liaise with external agencies e.g. making/confirming follow up client appointments. Perform data entry of occasions of service and preparation of client monthly accounts. Complete day to day administration activities including filing, documenting and preparing bulk mail, drafting letters and memorandums, facilitating stationery and office supply orders. Support a calm and quiet work environment where the client's best interests always come first. Carry out other office duties as requested by the CHSP Coordinator. Maintain a strict level of confidentiality. Dress in a professional manner within the workplace at all times.
