The Opportunity

The Strategy execution group is tasked with the delivery of KBR IS strategy and to ensure that the business efficiency and performance objectives are achieved by managing critical transformational projects.

The Business Transformation Lead will proactively develop policies, frameworks, processes, and systems, which support and deliver components of the transformation whilst working across the Infrastructure solutions business to identify and develop suitable pilot initiatives to test components of the transformation. Another key element of the role will focus on managing and demonstrating leadership to the project teams that support the delivery of this work

Who are you?

The ideal candidate will have a strong business management or contracting background with a Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business Strategy or equivalent. A skill set in organisational change management is essential along with knowledge of industry policies and practices.

Other skills required:

  • Problem solving with a focus on practical, fit-for-purpose solutions,
  • Business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
  • Excellence in stakeholder management particularly influencing senior leadership
  • Experience with the application of change management principles
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and navigating complex problems in large organisations
  • Passion for continuous organisational improvement and value delivery
  • Understands link between both business and all project systems and information assurance, contributes to the establishment of a robust digital environment.
