The Role
Our Sydney team are currently seeking a full-time Administration Officer to be based at our brand-new office in Auburn. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role works closely with all departments to help maintain the administration and finance function.
Key tasks & responsibilities
- Daily banking and bank reconciliation.
- Chasing any outstanding invoices when necessary.
- Assist with expense claims and manage company car-related matters.
- Assist the Accounting and Shipping Team with any relevant ad-hoc accounting duties.
- Maintains office supplies and equipment.
- General administration duties, including answering incoming calls and managing any internal/external enquiries.
About You
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organisation skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and excellent task management skills.
