Administration Officer

- Location: Batemans Bay (relocating to Moruya)
An exciting opportunity to join the Area Command South Eastern team. The role provides a broad range of administrative support including meeting and events coordination, preparation of documents, procurement support and records maintenance. You will be a key point of contact for the Area Command utilising your exceptional communication and customer service skills to liaise with staff, volunteers & community members.
As an experienced administrator, you will:
- Have attention to detail
- Have experience utilising various technology, preferably including SAP, Coupa and MS Office applications
- Enjoy providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers
- Have an appreciation and understanding of a volunteer-based community service will be highly regarded
