This diverse role includes:
- Administration duties and telephone/counter reception
- Processing course paperwork and enrolments
- Managing multiple inboxes and actioning emails in a timely manner
- Preparing resources and training rooms for course delivery
- Preparing and dispatching training materials for courses to be delivered offsite
- Keeping the reception area, training rooms and tearoom tidy, stocked and functioning smoothly
