About the role
As a Administration Officer, you will support our members and frontline teams by ensuring all account related processes and transactions are actioned in a timely manner to grow and support relationships. This may include the processing of transaction disputes, term deposits, deceased estates, general maintenance tasks and addressing 3rd party and government requests.
Additionally, you will be responsible for processing of various member requests via PNL Core Banking systems, the production and action of operational reports, and reconciliation of general ledgers, general accounts and transactional business processing including attending to and following up on any transaction and card disputes.
What you will bring?
- Customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- General knowledge of operational risk management framework, and maintain awareness of the risks, regulatory compliance and procedures.
- Knowledge of PNL's Banking Systems such as , Omniflow, Core Banking Systems, ProMapp.
