We are on the lookout for a full-time Workforce and Administration Officer to join our Howard Solomon Residential Care team to support the rostering and workforce needs. The position is available for an immediate start!!

We need a quick thinking, confident, rostering and Administration multi tasker with a ‘can do’ attitude to support the aged care home with workforce planning and Administration to deliver our objective of providing a quality, reliable and consistent service to residents to meet their needs.  This will be achieved through:

• Establishing and coordinating the fortnightly rostering requirements using our dedicated RostCare software package; 
• Ensuring all gaps in available workforce to meet the rostering requirements are identified and proactively filled; 
• Supporting the Care team to identify and recruit appropriately skilled workforce to meet the rostering needs;
• Providing timely and reliable administrative support. 

• Previous experience in a similar role;
• Exceptional customer service skills;
• Be able to deal with and negotiate with people at all levels; 
• Deal with a number of competing demands at the same time and keep your cool; 
• Be a good team player, and enjoy a challenge.
