Focus Australia Migration Services is an established and registered migration and recruitment agency since 2008. We provide an effective and efficient service for applicants requiring migration services and assess them for suitable visa options, and recruitment assistance to employers requiring workers for their business growth.
Administration Support
Responsibilities:
• Managing correspondence – handling emails, phone calls and other communications
• Scheduling – organizing appointment and meetings
• Data entry – maintaining and updating records
• Filing and organizing – keeping documents and files in order
• Supporting staff – assisting colleagues with various tasks
Skills and experience required:
• Computer literate
• Ability to follow instructions
• High attention to detail
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Reliable and trustworthy
