Bookkeeping and Administration Support
An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and energetic person to join our friendly team to provide bookkeeping services and Administration Support.
Your bookkeeping responsibilities will include:
- Invoicing
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Payroll, leave balances
- Overdue accounts
- Superannuation
- BAS/GST
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
Your role will also include assisting the Office Administrator in tasks such as, setting up projects, liaising with subcontractors, booking accommodation, general office and reception duties as required.
The role is office based, 5 days per week. Your workhours can be flexible, ranging from 27 to 38 hrs/week (0.7 to 1FTE).
Your existing skills should include:
- Cert III or IV in accounting and bookkeeping (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Previous experience or understanding of Xero
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills, and high degree of computer literacy
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively.
