About the Role:
- Answering/Recording Service Calls
- Dispatch Operational Staff Members
- Creating Customer Orders/Jobs
- Creating Purchase Orders
- Closing Out of Jobs
- Data Entry for Purchasing
- Creation of Accounts and Orders
- Preparing Customer Orders for Invoicing
- Following up Suppliers for required paperwork and invoices
- Managing job completion and key performance indicator reporting
- Providing assistance to your dedicated operations team
About You:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Impeccable time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience with dealing with customers/operation team members
- You must be able to work unsupervised, while having great attention to detail.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Skills
- Ability to work in a Team Environment
Desirable
- Experience working with Microsoft CRM
- Scheduling experience
- Facilities, maintenance and services industry experience
- Experience in a similar role within the service industry
