Casual or Part time
Responsibilities will include:
- Engagement and Access - ensure enquiries and onboarding of new clients are delivered in accordance with organisational processes and standards.
- Talking to perspective clients, supporting through paperwork and administration.
- Information and Data management
- Quality Services - ensure that all activities are aligned to the principles of good practice including NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards.
- General Administrative support
- Organising clients support schedules.
- Checking in with clients and supporting with any concerns or requests.
- Managing staff vacancies, supporting to cover shifts when needed.
Successful Candidate
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced natural communicator and preferably with some knowledge of the NDIS. You will be a quick learner with excellent verbal written communication skills as well as good computer skills. You will have demonstrated administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail and manage time effectively. Diplomacy, discretion and influencing skills will be highly regarded.
Must have;
NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance prior to your commencement.
Eligibility to work in Australia.
- To have completed the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission online Worker Orientation training module called 'Quality, Safety and You' prior to your commencement.
