The College operates across two campuses: Gordonvale (Djarragun Campus) and Wangetti (Girl Academy Campus)
The Administration Support Officer is a crucial member of the College in providing efficient and professional administrative, business and customer service support across both Campuses as required, although will be based at the Gordonvale Campus.
The successful applicant must have a current Blue Card before commencing in this role.
Duties include the following:
- Undertake a wide range of secretarial and clerical duties
- Assist with the preparation of internal and external publications and to provide administrative and logistical support to members of the College.
- Support College wide procurement activities.
- Undertake reception duties and implement visitor management protocols.
- General administration duties as required
