Our firm is growing and we're looking for an Administration Support Officer to assist our busy team with opportunities for growth within the firm.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate the tender submission process including monitoring tender portals, drafting presentations, completing paperwork and application submissions
- Complete project internal setups including system setup, contracts, vendor forms, purchase orders and welcome packs.
- Provide project support to our teams to deliver client outcomes
- Coordinate travel bookings and diary management tasks
- Assist the marketing manager with events and tasks
- Office administration duties including meeting room setups, kitchen duties, stationery orders, errands etc
- Provide input and feedback on processes and procedures to assist in driving a culture of continuous improvement
Attributes and Experience
- Excellent written skills and written comprehension
- Flexible to changing situations and ability to deal with ambiguity
- Highly organised with a demonstrated ability to prioritise tight deadlines and conflicting priorities
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Exceptional Microsoft Office365 skills
- Ideally 1- 2 years experience in a consulting business
