ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:
- Ability to work independently and as a team member in providing support across the Clinical governance team
- Maintain confidentiality in relation to information and will deal with members of
- the senior operational and corporate executive
- Prioritise conflicting work demands and meet tight, often unexpected deadlines and manage a high volume work environment
- Undertake tasks for the Director and Senior Managers within determined parameters and will be
- allowed considerable freedom to set daily work priorities.
- Responsible for achieving outcomes without direct supervision and may often be faced with situations which have no precedent and require resourcefulness and innovative thought while maintaining professionalism, tact and diplomacy when dealing with difficult or sensitive situations, inquiries and complaints.
- Ability to quickly acquire cross-functional knowledge so that issues directed to the relevant Director and Senior Managers are dealt with promptly.
- Responsible for the provision of comprehensive secretarial, administrative and clerical services
- to support various advisory committees and groups.
