The role
You will be responsible for supporting the team and be required to work collaboratively with the team to achieve many of our competing priorities, manage various different reporting requirements and execute admin tasks such as managing shared inboxes and maintaining internal systems and processes.
Experience isn’t the most important thing to us – we are happy to invest time in training the right person.
To be successful in the role you will need to:

- Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- Be able to manage a shared inbox
- Manage compliance for clients and candidates
- Collaborating with the team to ensure best service delivery to clients and candidates.
- Contribute to reports and general administration duties
