Reporting to the National Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the National Field and Consumer Sales team and be the go to person for the team. The home base for the role is in our head office, North Sydney, however we work towards a hybrid model with flexibility available.In this role, you will be accountable for providing support for consumer sales field team through data management, order processing and new vendor creations. Be the liaison in the team and communicate information and updates to relevant stakeholders in a proficient manner.Further responsibilities include but not limited to;Managing purchase requisitions and workflow approvalsSupporting of site and new employee onboardingEnsuring all records of training are up to date with maintenance of register and documentation managementSupporting Vehicle Safety Programs including training, compliance measures and supporting the deployment of all safety measuresManaging contractor services for site maintenance including updating of insurance policies and WorkCover certificatesWorking closely with other National admin to ensure relevant functions supported.About You:To be successful in the role, you will bring forward your previous experience in and administration or operations support role.Your ‘can do’ attitude, commitment to efficiency, time and project management and great stakeholder management skills will see you achieve excellent outcomes in this role.The role has great variety and will leverage your ability to self-manage work. You will need to be a self-driven individual with a helpful attitude to your work.
