From the day you start we train you for your specific role, using both internal and external sources. The end goal is to allow you to work autonomously, where you can plan and organise your own workload, while mindful of deadlines.

The work environment is an open office environment where we work and communicate as a team and offer flexible hours with the opportunity for overtime when we are busy. Management are people that joined the team at lower roles and worked their way up through the organization. So A players are recognized, acknowledged and rewarded. 

The actual role is a combination of answering the phone, entering new jobs into they system, calling people with a list of triage questions to better understand the insurance claim and produce reports from information gathered on site on iPads. 

The successful applicant will enjoy variety and a fast paced environment with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
