Administration Manager

Smile Clinics, one of Australia's first cosmetic Orthodontist located in Campbell, ACT, is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Administrative Assistant and All-Rounder to join our vibrant team. Renowned for our commitment to excellent dental care and a friendly environment, we are looking for someone who can handle a variety of roles and grow with our practice.

In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient practice management. You'll have the opportunity to interact directly with patients, manage schedules, and support our dental team in providing top-tier dental services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing reception duties such as answering calls, booking appointments, and greeting patients.
• Administrative tasks including tracking patient progress through our detailed database systems.
• Assisting in marketing efforts to promote our clinic's services and special promotions.
• Coordinating treatment plans and follow-ups to ensure patients are well-informed and prepared for their visits.
• Stepping in to assist with dental procedures as needed, providing support to our dental professionals.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in customer service or reception, ideally in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to build relationships with patients and team members.
• A proactive approach and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to assist with dental procedures, previous dental assisting experience is a plus.
