We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Administration/Booking Officer to join our Twin Waters team.
Who We Are:
Apex Camps has been running camps and providing outdoor recreation activities since 1983. With two diverse and unique purpose-built camps and recreation centres located in Sunshine Coast and Magnetic Island, our clients include schools, youth, church, sporting groups, community groups, businesses and the general public.
As an Administration/Booking Officer you are the first point of contact, and are a key role ensuring business operations run efficiently and our clients receive an exceptional experience.
You will enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. You will have exceptional customer service, demonstrating a positive can-do attitude with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in administration
- Excellent time management skills with demonstrated ability to establish priorities and manage workloads within deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to pick up new systems and databases quickly
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite application
This role is a part-time position with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
