Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
- Simple book-keeping
- Issue invoices to customers and reconciliation of payments.
- Schedule and coordinate installs
- Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel Outlook).
- Basic book-keeping experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
