Office Administrator
- Fixed Term 12 months contract
- Mandurah location, parking provided
- 4 days per week Tuesday – Friday
- $33.94 per hour plus super and salary packaging
The opportunity
Silverchain has a great opportunity available for an experienced Office Administrator ready to make the move internally into another position or department. This role is a 12 months fixed term contract on a part time basis and you will be based out of the Mandurah office. You will be expected to work from our Bibra Lake one day per fortnight. Working hours are Tuesday to Friday 8am - 4.40pm.
In this role you will provide excellent customer service, administrative duties and supportive functions to the business unit to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients, agencies and other industry relevant organisations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordination of meetings and calendaring including scheduling appointments with internal and external parties.
- Accurate processing of financial documentation including processing invoices.
- Provide customer service in person and over the telephone.
- Provide administrative support to ensure timely and accurate processing of client/employee/supplier documentation.
- Filing, faxing and photocopying to assist in the smooth running of Service Centre/Business Unit.
- Distribute incoming calls, faxes and emails to relevant parties to ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with Mandatory Training for all Providers.
- Support the processing and orientation of new providers.
About you
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Well-developed communication, written and interpersonal skills.
- Must demonstrate an ability to work in a team but also independently.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic working environment.
- Previous data entry experience in complex systems is highly desirable.
- Must possess personal integrity and respect for confidential information.
