Astro Tax is an accounting and bookkeeping business providing services to a wide range of clients. With offices situated in Oakford and Dianella, we look after clients in the Perth metro area and beyond.
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Part-time Accounts/Administration Assistant to join our small friendly team for immediate start in our Oakford office.
The position is 15 hours per week, timing to be agreed with the successful candidate.
Training will be provided as required.
Duties will include but not be limited to:- Monitoring incoming correspondence.
- Data entry in MS Excel, MYOB and Xero (or similar).
- Document filing and scanning.
- Other general office duties.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and willing to learn.
- Ability to multi-task with good organisational skills.
- Competent computer skills and experience with MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Xero (or similar).
