Brunel is partnering with a renowned leader in the energy industry who's searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team, based in Long Island Point, VIC.
The role will be based at our client's Long Island Point Facility near Hastings in Victoria.As a key member of the Business Support Solutions (BSS) team, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our client's facility.This position would typically include senior Administrative Assistant who is able to manage, train and mentor other office staff, lead projects, handle confidential and sensitive data. Primary Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support, including typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, and record-keeping.Coordinate meetings and conferences, obtain supplies, and handle mail distribution.Work on special projects involving recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.Manage and mentor other office staff, lead projects, and handle confidential data.RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and email systems.Strong administrative coordination abilities.Customer service experience.
