About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Officer, UniSA Justice and Society, you act as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries to the academic unit, prioritising, distributing and coordinating communications and deliveries. You will undertake finance administration for the unit and will contribute to the organisation of unit-specific events.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Successful completion of the South Australian Certificate of Education, or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative position involving the provision of high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated understanding of finance administration including reconciliations, accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Proven organisational skills, including experience in prioritising and meeting deadlines
- Experience in using all programs in the Microsoft Office suite and a corporate information system
